Refunds or Returns

All sales are FINAL. SMI does not offer refunds or returns due to safety issues regarding ongoing cases of Corona virus and monkey pox.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. A photo or video MUST be sent to jc@spiffmadeit.com within 7 days of arrival so a resolution can be made.

Exchanges 

We only offer store credit for items that are defective or damaged. You will be provided a coupon code of the amount paid (with taxes deducted). Send an email to jc@spiffmadeit.com if there are any questions or concerns.
