Shipping policy

1. Processing
ALL items require 2-3 business days for processing (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time is separate from production and shipping time and is in effect to detect fraud.

2. Shipping (ITEMS IN STOCK)
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Items are shipped within 1-3 business days after processed unless advertised otherwise in description.

Though SMI strives to ship orders as fast as possible, during periods of high demand, holiday season, or pre-order production, delays are possible.

3. PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Please understand that ALL pre-order items are made to order items. They require a production time of 3-4 business weeks. Processing time, weekends, holidays, and shipping times are not included in this timeframe. Production does not begin until the pre-order timeframe has concluded.

Pre-order items will be listed in the description. If there is a delay in production, you will be notified. The production time can extend if order volumes are high, or our overseas team incur any hiccups in production.

Orders are shipped through third party carriers such as USPS and UPS and provide local staff delivery.

To ensure your package arrives in the advertised timeframe, we ask that you PLEASE double-check your address is and include ALL required and relevant information. Providing correct street names/numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers are vital for ensuring timely deliveries.

Spiff Made It and its subsidiaries are not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect addresses, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our HQ, and is in the hands of the carrier, SMI no longer has control over the package. Please reach out to the applicable carrier listed in your email/text confirmation for further assistance.
